Transportation

Transportation is critical for any growing community and New Braunfels and Comal County are no different. My vision for a multi-modal City, County and Region start with expanded public transportation services in the City of New Braunfels. On this page you will find information and resources concerning not only my initiative to bring expanded bus service to our community, but also several of the San Antonio to Austin light rail initiatives that I support.

"It will happen," Commissioner Parker speaking on his initiative to expanded bus services for the city of New Braunfels. "We are in a situation now where it is not only needed, it's wanted. With gas prices up…we need bus service.

Greater Austin-San Antonio Corridor Council:

According to the Greater Austin-San Antonio Corridor Council this region is a key inter-modal hub for international commerce between North and South America and will continue to grow in importance as planned highway, air, freight and commuter rail projects develop. Our community needs to stay on the forefront of these changes, Click Here for more information.
