Our Mission:

To assist our elected officials and county departments in a professional and fiscally responsible manner as they serve the citizens of Comal County

     We will accomplish this mission by providing superior customer service and professional County Information Services with a “can do” attitude of helpfulness and collaboration with our customers.

     Information Technology is a strategic asset that impacts how Comal County conducts business. In the Information Technology Department, we design, deploy and support IT solutions which are intended to improve communication, increase collaboration and reduce operating costs.

     We employ a business process which is designed to limit the risks associated with adopting advanced technology architectures and to enhance County services provided to the citizens.
