PLEASE REPORT TO THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX

AT 8:20 AM.

 

JURORS NUMBERED 195 -255 ARE EXCUSED.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL AGAIN.

 

If you claimed an exemption and were not called by this office you are excused.

PLEASE READ:

  1. Please dress appropriately. Shorts, muscle shirts and “message” tee shirts are not permitted.
  2. Laptops are not permitted.
  3. No weapons, no sharp objects (knives of any size), and no chemical sprays are allowed in the courthouse.

  4. The parking garage is for employees only. Free public parking is available at the corner of Seguin and Bridge Streets. 

You cannot be excused or rescheduled from jury duty by leaving a voicemail or email message, you must speak with a clerk.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT JURY CARD ELECTRONICALLY IS 4:00 PM ON THE FRIDAY PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE. CARDS SUBMITTED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you have a Summons Card and need to see if your Juror Number has been called or dismissed, please *call 830-221-1255

 
 
*You MUST call the jury information number which is printed in the upper right hand corner of your summons.  The number will be available to receive calls after 5:00pm, of the last working day prior to your appearance date and until 8:00am on your appearance date.  A recording will give instructions as to whether or not you will need to report.
